The Journey Begins

A 40 year old, Mum of 4 who has decided to take some action and change elements of my life including giving up smoking, loosing some weight and maintaining a healthy exercise programme. I am an Ambassador for Essex County Council #thisgirlcan and am determined to get my health and well-being on the right track. I work full time within HR, specialising in the Recruitment and Talent of personnel for a large Construction and Utilities company.
